You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and safe. Any order placed using your login ID will be considered an order placed by you and will be fulfilled accordingly.

3. Terms of Operations

House of Arshvi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel any of its services at any time without prior notice. However, all outstanding orders will either be fulfilled or fully refunded. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without assigning any reason for the decision. House of Arshvi will not be held responsible for any damage caused to anyone by the use of its website.

4. Warranty and Liability

House of Arshvi accepts no liability and will not be held responsible for any damage arising out of the use of the products shipped to our customers or bought through www.houseofarshvi.com. Furthermore, we accept no liability for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such a delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All information, images, and content displayed on this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This site is designed, updated, and managed independently by House of Arshvi. You may not copy, modify, publish, transfer, sell, reproduce, distribute, display, or in any way commercially exploit the content of www.houseofarshvi.com. Failure to comply will result in suitable legal action taken under the jurisdiction of Karnataka Courts.

6. Damaged Products

Our team carries out rigorous quality checks before shipping products to our customers. However, damages caused in transit after the product has been shipped are beyond our control.

  • If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it with another piece of the same or a similar kind based on our available stock.
  • Claim Process: You must email us at houseofarshvi@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to inform us of the damage.
  • Required Proof: As per our Return Policy, you must provide a continuous, uncut unboxing video of the parcel from beginning to end to validate your claim. We will not entertain any damage claims received after the 48-hour window or without the required unboxing video.

7. Missed Deliveries

Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver your shipment up to three (3) times.

  • Returned Orders: Orders that are not collected and are returned to us can be re-shipped at your request for an additional fee of ₹250.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Returns: All COD orders that are returned to us due to missed delivery will only be re-shipped after the full payment for the order, plus the additional ₹250 shipping charge, is made online.
