Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for standard orders. However, please note that COD is not available for paying the price difference during an exchange. Additionally, if a COD order is returned to us due to a missed delivery, it will only be re-shipped after the full order amount and the ₹250 shipping fee are paid online.
We strictly operate on a no-refund policy once an order has been successfully booked. The only exception is if an item arrives defective or damaged. In that case, we will process a refund or replacement provided you share a continuous, uncut unboxing video of the parcel from start to finish.
We are happy to offer a one-time exchange! Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of receiving your order. If exchanging for the same item or a different size, it is free of cost. If you select a higher-value item, the difference must be paid online; for a lower-value item, we will issue the difference as a store credit note.
If you receive a damaged product, please email us at shop.houseofarshvi@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. You must include an uncut unboxing video of the package to validate the claim. Once verified, we will replace the item with the same or a similar piece from our stock.
We only allow one exchange per order. If you have already exchanged your item and still wish to return the replacement, we cannot process another exchange or refund. Instead, you will be issued a House of Arshvi credit note.
