Exchange Policy

At House of Arshvi, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you need to request an exchange or report an issue, please carefully review our policies below.

  • 10-Day Window: All exchange requests must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • One-Time Exchange: We accept one exchange per order. Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
  • Pricing & Value Differences:
    • Same Item/Size: Exchanging your item for the same product or a different size is done at no additional cost.
    • Higher Value Item: If you exchange your product for an item of higher value, the price difference must be paid when creating the exchange request. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for paying this difference.
    • Lower Value Item: If you exchange for an item of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued to you as a House of Arshvi credit note.
  • Single Item Rule: Items must be exchanged on a one-to-one basis. You cannot exchange a single item for multiple products.
  • Delivery: Your replacement item will be shipped to the same delivery address provided on the original order.

Return & Refund Policy

  • General Policy: Please note that House of Arshvi strictly operates on a no-refund policy once an order has been successfully booked.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: The only exception to our no-refund policy is if you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To qualify for a refund on a damaged or defective item, you must provide a continuous, uncut unboxing video of the parcel, recorded from the very beginning (showing the sealed package) to the end of the unboxing process.
  • Refund Timeline: Once we have received the defective item and verified the issue, it will take 7 to 10 working days to process and issue your refund.
